Scott was very professional throughout our entire project. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, and extremely understanding as we had some delays due to the uncooperative weather we've had this fall. Despite the weather, Scott was always willing to work until the job was done. We are happy with the completed results. He was careful, prepared, and always had our best interests in mind. He gave us input on the different types of electrical panels and other electrical-related issues that we, first time home owners, were unaware of. This was very helpful because it allowed us to make informed decisions about our project.

Jorge called on a Saturday, within minutes of my placing my SM order. He was quite helpful. I thought I was looking a new furnace. Jorge said, he would be in the area on a job, could he look at it? I asked how much? he said..."no charge, I just can't make an guess w/ out looking..it could be a fairly simple repair not a new furnace". I said great... he came. He was extrememly polite, professional, looked everything over and explained my options.. It turned out we could do a repair for far less, which we did that Monday. It was a wonderful repair experience. He was great. No Saturday rates, no muss no fuss. I great experience.
