Mr. Young was prompt (which is important to me, it shows you care about your customers time) , informative, and a professional. It was comforting to know that a licensed and bonded person was working on my home. He corrected a problem from a previous contractor, whom sent a sub-contractor to do the job and I was not pleased with the results.
