I was very pleased when Libra called me at 8:35 the morning after I sent in the request to Service Magic - they were able to come out that day and complete our project. The project: We have a 4 poster bed that has scrolling railing that connects in the middle (like a metal canopy) and we couldn't put the middle of the piece in because the fan hung too low. Libra purchased the part we needed, moved the fan up and fixed our problem - now they room looks great! Again, can't believe that from the time that I sent in a request to Service Magic for a quote to the time that the project was complete was less than 24 hours!
