They called within about a minute after I submitted my ServiceMagic online request form. I was impressed. We scheduled an appointment for an estimate but when the day came no one showed. I called back and found they had gotten our phone number wrong and they had been trying to call me to confirm. We scheduled another estimate and everything went fine. They apologized and gave my a very fair price. The installation of a ceiling fan in the master bedroom and an attic fan went off without a hitch. It was a two man job with one being the guy who did the estimate. Both men were very courteous and professional. I would certainly use them again.
