I would hire him again, BUT he missed our original appointment. He called me promptly to schedule an appointment for the next Monday @ 1pm, but he didn't show. I called him only to find out that he had had truck trouble and was unable to be on the road. I should have cancelled him right then, but gave him a second chance, we scheduled for the next day and he and his son did show up on time, installed the fan and I'm very satisfied. He should have called me himself on Monday, I shouldn't have had to track him down. I would recommend him to others, BUT I would mention the call back issue and let them decide themselves.

Ewald Berger was very quick to respond and make an appt to do the estimate. He was prompt for the estimate appt and listened very closely to what I asked to have done. He was thorough with checking out the attic access and where the new switches would go so I felt we had a good meeting of the minds of the work to be done. His estimate was very reasonable and I felt good about having him do the work. He did not disappoint me whatsoever. He was professional, respectful of my home and did a great job! I would not hesitate to hire his company in the future and recommend him to my friends. The Fan and lights look great! Thanks!
