Install a Ceiling Fan in 55378
My husband stayed at home to work with this electrician. I needed a ceiling fan installed with a new switch to control fan and light, as well as a new recessed spotlight installed with a switch as well. I came home and the ceiling fan was installed with a standard mounting - not flush (like the other fan in the house). My husband said that they never asked, yet I never specified either. The spotlight was an eyeball light that should shine on the back wall. It was installed great, but the spotlight is angled a little to the left. Not perfectly center. SO... $350 got me a ceiling fan and recessed spotlight that works, but additional work is still needed. My recommendation would be to hire but make sure you stay home with them if you have exact requirements.

We had a ceiling fan installed in the bedroom and the work was done quickly and well. He was on time and helpful. However, we called two days before the appointment to make sure that the electrician would bring his certification as required by our condo association. Although we were assured he would bring it, when he arrived he did not have it.
