I researched and requested 4 companies for estimates to have a new deck installed. Alcoa Construction answered almost immediately after I had requested an estimate. I received a phone call that was extremely timely and very professional. I only waited a few days for the estimate and it was the best one out of 4 for this area (Fenwick Island, DE). Their drawings were great, so I was able to envision the new deck and it was not an easy task as they had to build around an already established hot tub in the middle of the back yard.
