Caleb Sharpneck was excellent. Our project was a large house addition. Overall, this project was more involved than the typical addition with multiple framing levels and moderately difficult roof transitions. The project was sturdily framed according to our wishes and Caleb's best judgment. He was always courteous and showed up on time. We had no problems with any of his workers and he was very willing to screen out workers who he did not have confidence in. It was easy to discuss details of the project as we moved along. Caleb was proactive in raising questions about our desires or pointing out options. We will be happy to hire again

He came a little early so he could get supplies. He did a really great job in fixing my deck. Also, he explained a potential problem that the original builder made in plain English. I will definitely use him again. In addition, he gave me a 2 year warranty on the job.
