They are technically very competent and, faced with ineffectiveness in the participation of the architect we hired, have taken on their role, "free of charge." Their General Manager "Vidas" is a "Renaissance Man" in his multifaceted involvement. He acts as the customer service rep, a business manager, a work coordinator, a flexible scheduler, an architect, a designer and a psychologist. He has turned a very stressful situation into an enriching experience.
The project is currently just a little past demolition but it is going fast.
