We have a rental property that after the tenants had moved, were not sure how the carpets would turn out, the carpets in our opinion were not savagable, we thought we would have to replace all 4 rooms. We hired L.A cleaning, and we are able to rent this apartment without having to replace any of the carpets. 3 of the 4 bedrooms came out almost brand new, the other which was the worse of all of them was in very good condition, some stains but very pleased and suprised it had came this clean. The cleaners were friendly, and worked very hard.
Thank you again for saving us from buying all new carpet. We will use you again.

I just bought a new house and had my carpets cleaned. I was very happy with the service. The cleaners were early, thoroughly cleaned my carpets, and were quick! However when Linda came into my home, things changed quickly. She came into my home trying to sell her own "green" cleaning products. She threw statistics at me, quizzed me and (I felt) harrassed me for using conventional, chemical based cleaning products. She went on for at least a half hour, telling me this chemicals are why everyone has cancer, etc. If i didn't feel personally attacked, I might have considered hiring this service in the future, and maybe even trying her products.
