I just bought a new house and had my carpets cleaned. I was very happy with the service. The cleaners were early, thoroughly cleaned my carpets, and were quick! However when Linda came into my home, things changed quickly. She came into my home trying to sell her own "green" cleaning products. She threw statistics at me, quizzed me and (I felt) harrassed me for using conventional, chemical based cleaning products. She went on for at least a half hour, telling me this chemicals are why everyone has cancer, etc. If i didn't feel personally attacked, I might have considered hiring this service in the future, and maybe even trying her products.

the gentleman who came to my home was very professional, and knew his job. He spent over 1 1/2 hours on my rugs, they were dirty. When he left they looked brand new. He was fantastic, I would highly recommend him.
