I was very happy with the results and the timing. Also, he came alone which made it easy to deal with as I have 2 dogs and really no one was "in the way". He was a little late which was NOT his fault it was the customer before me who was making him run late but he did call me a couple times to touch base with me so overall I rate him and his company a 5. He was not pushy either when I spoke to him about the rug cleaning and didn't call me back many times like other companies did. I simply set up the appointment and he came and did his thing. I will call him again it the spring to have my furniture cleaned. The price was excellent too!

I just bought a new house and had my carpets cleaned. I was very happy with the service. The cleaners were early, thoroughly cleaned my carpets, and were quick! However when Linda came into my home, things changed quickly. She came into my home trying to sell her own "green" cleaning products. She threw statistics at me, quizzed me and (I felt) harrassed me for using conventional, chemical based cleaning products. She went on for at least a half hour, telling me this chemicals are why everyone has cancer, etc. If i didn't feel personally attacked, I might have considered hiring this service in the future, and maybe even trying her products.
