they were prompt. they didn't call ahead to let me know they were on their way but that's okay. The smell of the purt and other odors didn't go away even after they came back to do the actual cleaning. In fact there is still some odor left on the carpet. They are still better than any other services I have had.

they were great pros but did not remove the mattress clean under my bed or move the night stands to clean carpet either,but the carpet that was cleaned was perfect. to my friends i would say watch that they clean where the appoinment desk said they would.

They did a great cleaning job.
Need to be better at scheduling arrival time, or else calling ahead 30 minutes so we don't wait all morning.
Need to explain deep cleaning and regular cleaning when we book, so we book the right service.
I suggest they should ask if we have a pet and then warn us to put them someplace safe. I did not tell them about my cat because she was hiding. She became scared and almost ran into the equipment.
