the co. was just about on time, that they said they would be here. there was only 1 person doing the job, so wasn't sure how long it would take. the person was told that just to work around some of the furniture, as I wasn't able to move it due to my disability, the job was done in a few hours and my wife looked over the area's that he had done and it looked ok but was still wet in spots and that we were told that it should be dry in approx an hour or two. we did find out that in the lover level that there were some spots that took over 1 day in a half to get dry.. other then having the carpet wet for that long had me lowing my exspectations

I had several spots on my carpet, and Mr. White was able to get them out. I do believe 2 of the spots are from underneath the rug. But overall I would have them clean my carpets and would definately recommend them.

All Star Professional Services showed up on time energetic and ready to go.On a day that I had many other things scheduled of my own, they were fast and efficient in their work finishing in far less time than I thought. Al the workers were most courteous and attentive to all my special requests. I have already called 4 diifferent friends with a special recommendation for their services . One of these services i hope will happen as a Christmas present to them. Five stars ++++
