Tod was professional and did a great job on a basement playroom and bedroom carpet that had been through the ringer over time with the kids, parties, etc. No need to buy a new carpet now - looks great!

Recieved an immediate response to our initial inquiry and a confirmation call the night before our scheduled appointment. Todd was extremely knowledgable and shared much information with us about carpet care and cleaning. He gave us the price up front; there were no hidden costs or "bait and switch" tactics that many companies employ. Best of all he did a superb job on our carpets and we are very pleased with the result. We plan to share his business card with family and friends.
