A professional team. Cost estimate provided on the phone and actually cost were fairly close. A couple of spots didn't come out -- not sure if this is because of their product/method or the fact that the stains are set. The carpet was not saturated and dried quickly. The team moved furniture in a careful manner. I received a follow-up phone call checking on satisification. I recommend their service.

I was told beforehand that the carpet smell would not go away as it is due to its being made from pure wool. Nevertheless I had it cleaned and as promised it dried in a couple of hours looking brand new.

Did a good job..gentlemen that did the cleaning was extrememly professional and polite..showed up on time and w orked very hard..very labor intensive process..HOWEVER..the quote given to me on the phone was VERY low..once he came out the price jumped to 50% more than the phone quote..and I was very specific about what exactly needed to be cleaned with pretty specific measurements..BE CAREFUL! Other than that, he did a fine job.
