Not only did Clifton do a very professional and thorough job but several days later I called him and mentioned that in one spot on the rug( this had been where the chimney sweeps knocked over a plant that had wet soil in a pot which landed on the rug) seemed to be a little darker that the rest of the rug. He came back to my house that evening and scrubbed that section of the rug. He even got down on his hands and knees and looked at the rug to see if the dirt had finally gone away.

He told me that if I had any further problems to make sure that I called him.

Several days later, I received a phone call from Clifton asking me if the spot had gone away. I told him that it had, but he said that if I wanted him to come by to scrub the rug again then he would do so. I told him that it indeed was clean.

How many other individuals would have made that last call to see if the customer was satisfied. I will answer that, practically none.

I would highly recommend him to friends and of course will use his services in the future.
