They called before arriving. They were very professional and courteous. All of the furniture was moved in the den and the carpet cleaned. We asked for extra stain protection in the den. The staircase and balcony looked like new. The furniture in the master bedroom was also moved and the carpet cleaned. Styrofoam wedges were placed under the furniture to prevent staining and to provide a flow of air for drying. We would definitely recommend them and we will use them again.

They came the next day after I called. Prompt and friendly and fast. Their work was good. Fantastic job especially on our playroom carpet which was deeply soiled, so much so that we thought we might have to remove it but now it looks great. Affordable as well so that we might opt to clean the playroom which has heavy traffic more frequently.
