John is extremely cooperative, he is also very thorough. He tells you what he is going to do and he does it. He moved furniture to get to carpet the world would never see, yet it was in his opinion part of the job. The job came out beautiful and we are over joyed with the results he achieved. John kept to to his price and promises. He is definitely a service that I would recommend.

Cousins Carpet were the first to call in response to our emergency need, and made an appointment the same day, even beginning the job that day. We had a flooded area and needed extensive work --drying up excess water, removing padding, drying the rug for 3 days, etc. In addition, the area in need was full of furniture. They didn't for a second groan about needing to move the furniture, and even made it so that we were able to ambulate around the work in progress. That was above and beyond what was expected. The work was done efficiently, and both Lisa and Chris were a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!!
