Very easy to contact to set up the appointment; and called me back very quickly if I left a message.
Also, answered all of my questions and were very open and clear about the whole process.
On the day of the cleaning they turned up on time and they did an excellent job with both my carpets and my two sofas. Now, even a few weeks later they are still looking great - even though we've had some wet and snowy weather.
