Good work, very polite. A few issues... He stated that they would spend 3-4 hours on-site and specifically stated that they don't leave quickly in 1-2 hours like others. He did the job in 1 1/2 hours. He was not able to get up most of the minor stains. The already fairly-clean carpet is now cleaner. They only take cash or check -- should have mentioned this when he gave the estimate. Lastly, he described their process as "dry foam," but it was wet enough that it took 10 hours for my carpet to dry.
Definitely the least expensive provider.

Soumen was very polite. I had/have a very soiled carpet due to cat and dog 'accidents'. He was very honest regarding what expectations I should have and was true to his promises.
