Bill was excellent to work with. They had a scheduling problem with their scheduling software that caused them to miss our appointment. He was very gracious and understanding and definitely made it up to us. He was able to do part of the job one day and then came back on Saturday and clean the rugs. I thought i was going to have to burn my rugs, they were so bad. I seriously cannot believe how good they turned out! We have two dogs and two small kids so these rugs were brutal. They feel soft and clean, the air even smells cleaner.
I would call him again in a heartbeat. He wasn't the most expensive, but he does have the best service.
