We first planned to replace the existing carpet, but we decided to use carpet cleaning before spending $$$. The result was very good and satisfied our needs. Most of major stain are gone and we are happy about the result and price. Also, what I like about is the company didn't push us to buy and additional service or maintenance contract..(Some company do if you hire via cheap coupon marketing!!) . What I didn't like was there were a few scratch mark on wallbase by cleaning horse.
But I guess it would make a scratch by anyone! So, I wouldn't ccomplain so much.
Overall, I would definately hire them again for regular maintenance.
