Mac was really great. He called immediately, after I turned in my needs. After I told him what I needed, he determined the least costly way to clean the house. He arrived on time. He did an excellent job on the carpets. I will not hesitate to use him again.

I was pleased with the overall results of my carpet cleaning job. I did feel like what we discussed on the phone before the job did not match the conversation we had when Mr. Carter arrived. However, I'm willing to forego the miscommunication to say that the finished product was worth it.
