Overall the job provided by Fred Scott was excellent: he showed up 5 min before the agreed time and was very professional and efficient.
Just before leaving he noticed a spot that was not perfectly clean and unrolled his equipment to make sure the stain was removed.
The carpet now looks brand new and we will for sure call him nect time we need to clean our home.

Job was well done and Fred even cleaned my base boards and gave complimentary spot cleaner. Tough stains I was trying to do myself were gone. Wish I hired him earlier. Feels great to have clean carpets again.
