This is the first time I've used Customer First. I found the company through the internet and was not sure how the service would be but needed to get carpets cleaned soon since new tenants were moving into the unit. I called and spoke to Vernon (owner of Customer First) and explained the situation to him. Vernon was very reliable. He said when he would show up to look at the carpets to give an estimate of cost and evaluation of what he would be able to do. There were several stubborn stains which previous tenants had left on the carpet and Customer First was able to remove them in a timely fashion. Excellent job - I would use them again!
