Juan picked up an oriental carpet from me and did a wonderful job on it. I hired Juan to clean the rug, and he offered to wrap it for me when he realized that it was going to be stored after it was cleaned. He dropped it off to my aunt. She called me up to rave about how terrific he was. She said that he carried the carpet into the house and when he realized that she had no way to get it downstairs to her basement (she is almost 70), he carried it down there for her. She said that he was lovely and was thrilled with the price he gave us-far better than any other quote. Thank you Juan!!!!

Juan returned my call almost immediately and was at my house 10 minutes later to pick up my rugs. He returned them earlier than stated ( after 3 days) and we are thrilled with the service.
