I am extremely pleased with the job they did on my persian rug! The rug had been rolled up and stored away for about 4 years after my cat had gotten to it. Fiber Clean first sent a technician to clean it in my home, but after the carpet dried the odor was still there. When I called the office, they immediately sent someone to pick it up and took it to their location. The rug was returned and put in place looking beatiful and odor free! Not additional charge for the extra work! Very professional and polite staff!. I will hire them again!

I had area rugs cleaned offsite and the pickup and delivery were seemless. I relied upon the techs opinion and felt confident with him. Rugs were cleaned and I was completely satisfied. I will use them again and would refer them to my friends.

Greg showed up on time, was very friendly and professional. He did an incredible job, moved furniture, used large fans to facilitate drying of the carpet. The carpet looks wonderful. Very happy with the job and the price.
