They were very good, time efficient, and polite. I would have preferred that they had vacuum cleaners with hepafilters for cleaning walls and ceilings instead of mop like instruments, but other than that, we were very pleased.

Rosa was very kind and did a great job cleaning everything! She missed a few spots, but nothing major and this was a first time clean so it wasn't a problem. I did have to reschedule 2 times, but it was worth it. I will continue to use this service.

Did a good job, with still a lot of room for improvement.
1.) The rates discussed on the phone was were not the same as what was billed....the rates were adjusted later on after a discussion.
2.) There was some amount of re-work in cleaning the house....we had to call them again.
3.) The carpet cleaning was good, but the carpets were wet for one and a half days atleast after the cleaning was done. (my personal carpet shampooer dries the carpet in 2 hours at the most. I expect the professional's to be better if not equal)
