Rashaud was excellent to work with. We had about 10 carpets in various condition, and of various types that needed cleaning, including orientals and some native American carpets. Some also needed repairs. He fully discussed the various repair options and costs for the rugs that needed it. He picked up rugs and took to their plant and returned them after cleaning and repair (took only two weeks). We were very pleased with the work, and with Rashaud's professionalism.
