My experience was excellent. They arrived on time, moved the furniture to get the rugs up, and promised to return them in a week. True to their word, they returned in a week, put the rugs in the places that they belonged, and moved the furniture onto the rugs again. I was very pleased with the service and the cleanliness of the rugs.

They came to the house early, they worked very quickly and efficiently . They left their shoes at the front door without even being asked. They did a great job cleaning and dusting all surfaces and they even cleaned the windows! They did an amazing job - will definitely call them again .

He came on time. He actually dropped the price because the room was smaller than expected. The rug was very old, very dirty. showing the spots and stains of 6 previous dogs and 3 cats. The rug isn't like new now, but very close. It smells better without having an artificial flowery smell that makes me sick. He moved the furniture efficiently, he left a free stain remover, and he was in and out in no time at all. I would definitely recommend him.
