I recieved my clean carpets yesterday and was delighted! they were quick to respond to my to my initial request , were on time for their appointments and were also careful when picking up and putting down the carpets with the surrounding furniture.. I will definitely use them again for my other carpets

Presstige called me back immediately. The rugs were picked up and delivered exactly as promised. One rug looked good, but the prominent stains we'd discussed on the other were not removed at all, making me wonder whether the rug was even looked at. Presstige offered to pick up the rug again but by then I had made other arrangements to remove the stains. This project cost a lot more than I remember local dry cleaners charging for area rugs, but I don't know if the processes are the same.

Presstige was quick to respond to the call I made with Service Magic. They arrived to pickup and return the carpet when they said they would. They also did an excellent job in cleaning my furniture. Presstige was very professional and very polite to deal with. It was my first time dealing with a cleaning service so I really had no idea what to expect. They made the entire experience effortless and pleasant from start to finish.
