Raul was well versed about the way to eliminate pet stains and odor from our wool rug. This rug had been in storage for over a year and the stains and odor made it a candidate for donation. But, before doing this, I wanted to make sure the rug was beyond repair. Raul assured me that his company had experience eliminating pet stains and odors from high quality rugs. He took it to his shop, and returned it three days later, completely clean and fresh smelling. Then, he and his assistant placed it under our VERY heave marble dining room table. This was done as an additional service at no charge. Thanks, Raul!!

A bit confused about their Co. affiliations because of the VAN's painting on the side was from their sister company D&M: but PICK-UP and DELIVERY were good. Rugs were promised to be returned NEXT DAY but actual return was 9 days later. The rugs were returned in EXCELLENT CONDITION, colores restored nicely...phone etiquette was good
