I needed to get the carpeted areas in our rental cleaned before Saturday(it was Thursday), Xtra Clean, not only got me in, but were able to fit me in on that very day! They did a superb job on the carpets! He did not try and up-sell me, he was honest about what I needed, and even helped get a small area clean, without charging the whole room! He was up front about what he could do, and did it well. thanks for great service! I will use again in the future!
