I am extremely pleased with the job they did on my persian rug! The rug had been rolled up and stored away for about 4 years after my cat had gotten to it. Fiber Clean first sent a technician to clean it in my home, but after the carpet dried the odor was still there. When I called the office, they immediately sent someone to pick it up and took it to their location. The rug was returned and put in place looking beatiful and odor free! Not additional charge for the extra work! Very professional and polite staff!. I will hire them again!
