Ron was extremely professional. He returned phone calls promptly, answered all my questions, set a date and time. He called the day prior to the appointment and the morning of the appointment. He was here at the specified time. His work was more than I could have hoped for. I accidentially spilled bleach on olive carpet and thought the carpet would have to be replaced. I was totally shocked that Ron was able to remove the stain with no trace of bleach anywhere. He also cleaned stairs and the carpet looks brand new. I was extremely pleased with the service and have already recommended him to several friends.
