They were prompt and punctual. The technician was knowledgeable and worked quickly and stretched my carpet, that it ended up looking better than it originally did. I would use them again and certainly would recommend them.

The only thing I noticed that could have been better is around our fireplace he didn't tack the carpet back very well and we had to go back and re-do that part.

It seems to me that you have to be lucky these days to get a job done properly. Perhaps that is because so many out of work people are trying to become handymen. That was not the case with Cady Flooring Inc. These guys are really professional and as a result did a first class job for us. We are more than satisfied with the result and would engage them again for any flooring project. I can't recommend them highly enough.
