Joel did a fantastic job. He is professional, prompt, and pleasant. The carpet looks great, and the repair job blends right in perfectly. My home was handled with the utmost care and respect. Not only was there no accidental damage, but he cleaned up so well that he practically erased every sign that he was there! And that also included the common areas outside my unit as well!
