Sam responded within minutes of my inquiry (on a Sunday). He sent a competent team to do the carpet stretching work and when he promised that the stretched carpet would "settle down" within a few days, he was correct. He arranged for a steam cleaning company to come over the following day and gave me some useful tips on how to prepare for what they were going to do. They did a good job, although any white carpet presents problems for certain types of spots or stains--our carpet looks almost like new.

Sam was very prompt in calling me to schedule an estimate the same day that I submitted my request online. He gave me a very reasonable price and a few options to repair my torn carpet. He came on time to our scheduled appointment and had the carpet fixed in under 45 mins. I would definitely call them again.
