They arrived right on time and stated exactly what he was going to do. He was very professional
in his work. He stretched the rug and cut off the excess. The place where the bubble was still
showed slightly, but he said it would go away in a couple of weeks. We shall see, but if so I
am very satisfied with his work and would use him again for repair or installation

The workman was professional and curteous.....and his repair work was very good. The only problem i had was that I had a confirmed 9 a.m. appointment for the work to be done which was set up with the workman's supervisor. The supervisor called me 10 minutes before the scheduled appointment and asked for "directions".....from Lowell, MA....which is over an hour from my home!!!....The workman showed up over an hour late which caused me to lose valuable time at work.....i asked for a reduction in the charge for the inconvenience to me which was granted.....other than that.....i'd recommend their services to my friends....
