The floors look very lovely, especially the new floor in the living room. The work was done efficiently and in amazing time. I have to say that Carol was wonderful in handling any questions (and a few small complaints); she really understands customer service.

Pablo was very nice and completed the project at the price quoted. He arrived about an hour late, but it was the Saturday after Thanksgiving. He and his associate worked hard, moving our furniture and beds to straighten our carpet. They replaced the heavy furniture and left the decorative items for us to complete - which was OK. Although they vacuumed the carpet, we re-vacuumed after they left. Pablo did an OK job.
