The price was unbeatable but the installers did not do a great job the job needed to be touched up and it took them two weeks to come back and fix part of the problem the rest of the problem i will have to live with. i will recommend them to others with the warning that they should be there during the whole installation to watch them to insure the job is being performed properly.

Frank Hutson arrived at the appointed time to measure and give me an estimate for the job. He was personable and very easy to work with. No pressure sales tactics, etc. I chose the carpet from the samples he had and told him I would contact him after another estimate I'd scheduled. I called Frank a couple of days later and installation was scheduled. The day before installation, Frank came by again to confirm my order. The installers were very efficient. They moved furniture, systematically took up the old and laid the new, removed all debris and vacuumed. It was a seamless, stress free experience and my new carpet looks great.
