Pablo was very nice and completed the project at the price quoted. He arrived about an hour late, but it was the Saturday after Thanksgiving. He and his associate worked hard, moving our furniture and beds to straighten our carpet. They replaced the heavy furniture and left the decorative items for us to complete - which was OK. Although they vacuumed the carpet, we re-vacuumed after they left. Pablo did an OK job.

Pleasant and did a very good job with a carpet repair (burn hole). Had to cut an extra piece of carpeting from a closet to make the patch. Undetectable.

They were there when they said and they completed the job within the time frame they stated, even though they ran into some problems which caused additional labor time, there was no additional charge.
