Tim was "down to earth" , professional, reasonably priced with a craftsman like end product.
He supplied and installed skylights on my extremely pitched roof, he showed up at my house when it was convenient for me and discussed my options, he beat "the big boys" pricing.
I will use Tim again for future projects

Build or Replace a Deck or Non-Masonry Porch in 18018

tim did everything he could to give me personal attention on my timetable and within my budget;
he had better suggestions for staying within code yet keeping to the character of our house;
he is extremely conscious of his customer service and a pleasure to work with;

while waiting for parts for the porch rail, i asked him to make 2 improvements to my newly remodeled kitchen cabinets [the installer did a poor job of finishing]; he advised me and helped to obtain the matching pieces, then he did both jobs on the same day to save me the travel time and loss of work time

he is conscientious and i would use him for any size/type job
