Earthquake-Proof a Structure in 94546
He didn't do any work for us but told me what I had in mind wasn't really necessary. He would do some earthquake retrofitting if I wanted but it would only strengthen my overall foundation, anchor bolts, and other reinforcements about 10%. I appreciate his honesty and hence highly recommend him.

I chose Sefik over the other contractor who bid my bathroom reconstruction because he was more motivated. I'm glad I did because Sefik did a fantastic job. I cannot overstate how professional his work turned out. His tile work is amazing. His trim detail is superb. He left the job site very clean each day and left my home after completion with virtually no trace that he had ever been there. I feel lucky to have found him, and highly recommend him.
