I received a call the day before asking for a 9 AM start, not 8 AM. I had someone else at the house for the repair. They did not show until 10:00 AM. I had to have someone else come in because the first person had to leave before they were finished (just a few minutes, but they had someone picking them up who couldn't wait). They said that someone quit on them that morning, so I appreciate that the work was covered/done, but I think that rescheduling might have been an option they didn't try. Work was to repair the gas fireplace. I have not yet used it. Both women who were my "stand ins" commented on the courtesy and cleanliness.

We were incredibly pleased with Mick Holdsworth's service. He was very reliable, affordable, and also realistic with the time he said it would take to repair our fence (in one day). We were up aggainst a deadline to put our house up on the market, and he certainly went out of his way to provide quick and excellent service to us. He also had such a positive, cheerful disposition - which we appreciated greatly!
