While we only heard from one company, Ed was very prompt in replying. We discussed the dog scratches in the floor during the bidding process. We were not advised that the bid did not include sanding them out. We pointed out the poor job the original floor finisher had done, and that was part of what was expected to be corrected in the refinishing. Instead they created additional spots of hair and dirt in the finish as well as a large spot where the surface is so rough my socks get stuck on it as I walk. I had hoped to find a dependable company that I could use at my other home, but I would not use them again.
