Mr. Brandt called and visited very quickly after our initial phone discussion. He quickly identifed a problem that had baffled me and another contractor I had contacted. Mr. Brandt also identified other areas that needed work and gave me a reasonable estimate. He completed the work in a timely way and the work was very thorough.
