I'm not sure if my form was sent or not. Unfortunately the repairman was unable to fix our cabinet because of the way it was manufactured. He did a "quick fix" which was the best he could do and make the cabinet workable. Very nice staff on the phone and in person. To date have not received a bill - not sure if we won't get billed because he could not repair it back to its manufactured state or not. Would call them if a repair is needed.
