Courteous and Professional. They advised that I replace the cabinet instead of attempting to repair it. The initial quote visit was free and he was on time and polite. Did not attempt to get money out of me for some work that would not last. Gave me all my options and advised that while they do not replace cabinets, could recommend people that could to compare rates.
When I get a new cabinet; if I need it refaced to match the existing ones, I will call T&A Holmes to do the work.
This is some of the best customer service I have experienced in a long time.

He repaired a broken cabinet lazy susan. It now works very well, but he let me know that his fix was only temporary and it will need to be replaced eventually.
